1. Nature of Services

Tinkly AI primarily provides digital educational services including subscriptions, online access, lessons, game-based modules, workshops, assessments, and downloadable or online learning content. Unless expressly stated otherwise, no physical products are shipped.

2. Digital Delivery

Access to digital services is generally provided immediately after successful payment confirmation or within 24 hours where manual activation, onboarding, or verification is required. Delivery occurs electronically through the registered email address, account dashboard, login activation, or subscription access.

3. No-Refund Policy

All payments made for digital services on Tinkly AI are non-refundable once access has been activated, granted, started, unlocked, downloaded, or materially used, except in the limited cases set out below.

5. Cancellation of Renewal

Users may request cancellation of a subscription renewal before the next billing cycle. Cancellation prevents future billing only and does not create a refund for the current or already-started subscription period unless required by law or expressly approved by us.

6. Failed or Aborted Transactions

If money is debited but the order is not created or the payment fails, users should first contact us with payment details. Where the transaction is not captured by us, reversal is generally handled by the bank, card network, UPI app, or payment processor. Where a refund is approved by us, it will be initiated to the original payment source.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will usually be initiated to the original payment method. The credit timeline depends on the bank, payment method, or processor and may typically take 5 to 10 business days.
